If you’ve ever dreamed of turning your passion into something amazing, then you’ll understand my story. My love for baking blossomed as a young girl, watching my grandmother create her famous meals and especially her delicious banana pudding. That treasured recipe, now with my own special touch, became my inspiration.
For years, I was known for my homemade banana pudding – it was my signature dish at every potluck, party, and work event. Everyone kept telling me, “You should sell this stuff!” Finally, I decided to take the leap and launched Venti Desserts in 2021.
Our menu features all kinds of decadent treats, from classic banana puddings (original, strawberry, chocolate chip, oreo, golden oreo, nutter butter, pecans and no bananas) to ooey gooey butter cakes (original, red velvet, chocolate and strawberry). But the best part? Our motto is “Sweets that Treat” – we donate a portion of every sale to nonprofits that help underprivileged kids. My own son started one of those nonprofits – he’s just as passionate about making a difference as I am.
Baking brings me so much joy, and Venti Desserts is the perfect way to share that joy with others. But it’s not where my story ends. I’m constantly inspired to find new ways to give back to my community and pursue my entrepreneurial dreams. Whether it’s through mentoring, creating new businesses, or finding innovative ways to do good, I’m always reaching for the next big thing. So, the next time you treat yourself to a Venti Dessert, know that you’re not only getting something delicious, you’re also supporting a mission of sweetness and a spirit that never stops dreaming.
